Matt White was captured near Bowling Green, KY, on Thursday night, her mother told News 4.
Ferguson, Strong and White reportedly dug a tunnel in their jail cell and got out through a wall.
According to the Macon County Sheriff’s Office, the men then went to a relative’s house and stole a 1990 Ford F-250. The truck was located during the search on Wednesday.
A family member helped to coordinate bringing Ferguson back into police custody.
Ferguson was added to the TBI’s most wanted list because he was considered to be armed and dangerous.
According to authorities, Ferguson was serving time for a criminal homicide conviction in connection with a man’s death in 2016. The remains of the victim, Brandon Fye, were found in a wooded area of Macon County. Another man, Stephen Earl Sullivan, was also charged in the case.
