Employees are always the greatest asset in any jail, but a toxic officer or staff member can wreak havoc and compromise operational interests and morale and increase the liability of the agency. Learn to identify behaviors and warning signs, know the different types of toxic characteristics and how to manage toxic employees from an administrative and co-worker level.
This training session is approved for both NCCS and NCCE levels of NIJO Professional Certification and will be worth 3 credit hours of training.
AJAC members, NIJO and Alabama Sheriffs’ Association express gratitude to our training host, Sheriff Phil Sims and Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, and to our session sponsor, Legacy Commissary Services.
