The Minnesota Sheriffs Association (MSA) continues to work with the National Command & Staff College (NCSCon the development of Leadership programs.  NCSC, in collaboration with NSCS commissioner, Dr. Reuven Bar-onis introducing an innovative student self-assessment tool designed to predict, select and train students to become “star performers” in leadership.

For a limited time, NCSC is inviting any MSA registered students, as well as other interested law enforcement personnel to take this self-assessment at “no cost”.  The assessment must be completed by Wednesday Sept. 19, 2018.
