His background in education\, ministry\, counseling\, and corrections has provided a variety of experiences and interactions that aid in his instruction. He has served in Administrative/Leadership roles in multiple contexts including as a principal (10 years)\, Warden (10 years)\, and Pastor (15 years). He was part of the founding board of the Alabama Jail Administrators’ Council\, created to bring professional level training to jails in Alabama. He currently serves as it’s Executive Director. Aaron instructs for NIJO\, the Alabama Basic Corrections Academy\, Sampson Testing and Training\, and as an independent consultant.
