Jails, large and small, must stay ahead of the curve to know what is legally required and what options are available and legally defensible in order to create solid operational practices. NIJO Instructors, Tate McCotter and Sean Stewart will specifically discuss hot issues jails are currently facing and how to proactively avoid lawsuits and run a constitutionally safe facility.
