The Kansas Sheriffs' Association in partnership with National Institute for Jail Operations (NIJO) presents 2.5 days (20 CEUs) of legal-based jail training for all jail personnel in Kansas with supervisory duties & responsibilities at the Kansas Supervisory Training in March 2022.
Recognizing the need to provide legal-based, quality training for line level staff throughout the state of Alabama, Alabama Jail Administrators’ Council (AJAC) and National Institute for Jail Operations (NIJO) developed the Alabama Basic Corrections Academy. ABC Academy offers 72 hours of training combining online (pre-requisite) training with live training taught by some of the top experts in corrections.
