INSTRUCTOR:
Bill Wilson is the Jail Services Coordinator for the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association. Bill graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington, and theAdministrative Officers Management Program at the Southern Police Institute atthe University of Louisville in Kentucky. Bill has more than 35 years of experience working in jails, starting asa correctional officer, and working his way up to top management. Bill servesas an instructor and advisor for the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy’s JailersSchool. Bill has presented to jail audiences throughout the United States and other countries.
